Waaaay too much Chex mix

I had some free time today before heading back in for a 7pm-7am ER shift, so I decided I’d make some chex mix to bring along with me.  The first time I made the stuff, Evan and I divided the batch in halves to take to our families for separate get-togethers.  The second time, Evan, Jasmine, and I ate a bunch of it before I packed it up to bring to work the next day.  Now, it’s just me at home, and I can’t eat much of it myself.  So imagine my surprise when it completely filled a gallon-sized zip bag.  I hope everyone else in the ER likes it too…

In other news, poor little Moira won’t leave my side.  She’s extra-cuddly, jumps when she thinks she hears the door, and stares at Evan’s desk chair.  She even came over to lay her head in my lap when I was reading.  It’s gonna be heard leaving her to go back to work.

At least someone finally came inside instead of just chilling outside the door! Too bad Cuppies always has so much chocolate in their cupcakes… I could have given her some of mine.

At least she got some Chex that fell out of my hand I guess!
