For some reason, Moira has taken to curling up at Evan’s feet on the bed when we go to sleep at night. I’m not exactly jealous, but…why??? He doesn’t want her there, and I want her on MY side. Goofy dog
In her excitement at having some old friends come over this weekend, Moira leapt, from a sitting position, about 3 feet into the air and over the back of the couch. I’ve never seen her jump that high even in her worst shiba fits.

Moira needs to get out of the house and socialize with other dogs. She’s quite nice and friendly towards most people, but she takes time to warm up to dogs…probably because she thinks she’s a small, furry human. Hopefully Evan and I will be able to take her to the dog park soon with Shaheen [...]
I thought Moira was excited to see me when I came home post-call today, but apparently she was really just interested in the stuff I was holding. Mean little dog.
If only the crazy little dog wasn’t so anti-social, I wouldn’t be afraid to take her out and about. Sigh… (Not that she’s done anything. She just doesn’t seem to get along well with other dogs.)

Moira’s favorite place in the house is the old papasan cushion that I tossed carelessly on the floor and hadn’t gotten around to putting away yet. She can be found laying there when not begging for table food.
Evan and I got our new camera last week, and we’ve been taking tons of pictures of the dog since she’s an easy target. As you can see, she’s just as interested in the camera as we are…
